MIND, BODY and SOUL -- -- -- Unleash your potential!!

In the current life, we have time for everything and everybody except ourselves. This is sad but true. The result of this situation is been reflected nowadays in the lifestyles of people and their approach towards life in general. They have lost the peace of mind which has to be imbibed in them via workshops, spiritual gatherings and such other forums. The knowledge that we have from the Vedas has been re-visited today and presented in a different format which now appeals the society at large.

When we think from a holistic approach our body, mind and soul are one. Everything that the soul intents…. the mind desires …… and the body performs. This vital and divine connection is very unique and the more one can think positively, the more one acts in that direction.

Now having said this, where does one go wrong actually? The thought is very genuine, the intent is also true but before the action is taken the biases, prejudices, ‘what if it does not succeed?’ kind of processes intervene. There the action is shunted.

Now when a person is aware of this, that is, the mental condition or the thought process what is the correct action plan? This is where most of the people loose their patience. To be with your self, trance or Alpha meditation or Self-Hypnosis is essential. These are the techniques used to understand your core self. Your sub-conscious mind which is not very easily understood by a person unless he/she is congruent with his/her own feelings.

The intention travels from the soul to the mind and manifest in the body. Any negative thought or feeling towards anyone or self creates a negative charge around the person. The more one thinks about the negative thought, the more it grows. As per the Law of Attraction, what you concentrate upon grows, may it be negative or positive. The mind is not able to distinguish between the polarities of the thoughts; it just has a tendency of increases the charge of that thought. In the process, a person underrates his/her own potential to such an extent that he/she feels depressed and goes into the typical mental state of “I am not good enough”.

Consider the concept, that if the “Not good enough” thought grows; “I am happy and satisfied” thought can also grow ! Why do we tend to concentrate on what we can’t do instead of what we can do ? Sounds very simple but is quite complex for a person who is going through the state. ‘Simple problems can have simple solutions’, this philosophy is nowadays treated a s a myth ! Problems are simple when they are seen as solution providers. The fact that if there is a lock, there has to be a key, stands true here. This is what your inner mind is telling you but we again are so accustomed to listen to our outer mind that we ignore the correct signal. If you can tame your mind for negative thoughts, thoughts are thoughts….. why can’t you tame your mind for positive thinking ? The language used in the self-talk can be modified to FEEL good. Small changes, with awareness and clarity would make wonders in this minuscule life of ours as a Human BEING.
